Q: I have a fear of the dentist; is there anything you can do for me?

A.: You’re not alone! Many folks fear coming to the dental office. We’ve devoted a great deal of time to dealing with dental “fraidy cats”, and can assure you that we will work with you to help you manage your fears and provide you with the dental care you need–in comfort. For your convenience, we’ve included a downloadable Dental Fear Survey for you to fill out prior to visiting our office for the first time. It will aid us in helping make you feel comfortable when you visit us.

Q: What sort of comfort or distractions can you provide?

A: In addition to state of the art anesthetics, we can provide you with an array of comfort options, from nitrous oxide to hand and foot massages and aromatherapy. We also have TVs and audio systems at each suite–you can watch a favorite movie or TV show, or listen to your favorite music.

Q: How long, on average, is the wait time at your office?

A: Over 90% of our appointments begin and end within 10 minutes of the scheduled appointment time. We strive to keep our appointments on-time, as much as possible. We understand how valuable your time is, and how frustrating it can be to show up on time, only to have to wait to be seen. We’ll do our best to keep your appointment on time.

Q: What sort of sanitation procedures do you have in your office?

A: We’ve installed state of the art sterilization systems and warmers for the water we use to provide a maximum in safety and more comfort. We sterilize all instruments in an autoclave and we rigorously inspect and test our systems to provide a safe environment.

Q: I haven’t seen a dentist in years-is it too late? It’s embarrassing…

A: Don’t be embarrassed. You’re not the only one who’s ever put off seeing a dentist-for whatever reason! At our offices, we never scold–we just want to take care of you, and keep you in great dental health! It’s never too late to regain a great smile and the confidence that goes with it.

Q: Do you offer payment plans?

A: You’ll be given choices of treatments and associated costs before we do anything. We NEVER over treat! We strive to provide our patients with affordable dental care. We accept Mastercard, Visa and most insurance plans. We also know that insurance often doesn’t cover dentistry, or doesn’t cover it completely. If you require dental work and lack the resources to pay in one sum, ask about our flexible payment options.

Q: How long have you been in practice?

A: Dr. Goldberg has been practicing dentistry for over twenty years. Dr. Owens has been practicing dentistry for over thirteen years. Most of our staff have been with us for over ten years. We’re a family practice with a family attitude towards our dental practice.

Q: What sets your practice apart from other dental offices?

A: We believe you deserve exquisite attention to detail as a Whole Patient. That’s why our services include more than typical dentistry. Your complete satisfaction depends on our ability to give you a uniquely high quality experience – from the moment you call. Your experience will be thorough, efficient, kind and friendly – even fun!
